Return & Refund Policy

Important 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    In case of damage goods/products we accept return and exchange for which a open box policy is applied ( A video of opening package )
  • Our policy last 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase product got delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Sale Items can not be cancelled and are not returnable or refundable
    In case of refund , 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    -- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    - Any item that is returned more than 06 days after delivery
      

Refunds (if applicable)

  • For prepaid orders, If you have placed your order and think you ordered wrong items or may be don't want it anymore in that case 2.5% amount of total order value will be charged for cancellation before it is shipped and in case the item is shipped and you want to cancel it then 2.5% of total order value + Rs. 250/- for shipping charges will be charged.
  • For COD- cash on delivery, If you fail to accept the order unfortunately you will be ban for the future purhases from our website
  • For Prepaid orders frequent return and cancellation in your order would force us to ban you from the future purchases, We request you to please read the descriptionn and other policy beforehand. 
  • In case of returns, Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at solpackaging@gmail.com and send your item to:Sol Packaging, T-6.7.8 , Dwarkadheesh Complex,  Chanod, 396191 Vapi GJ, India.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nishvi Enterprise, 101, Gayatri Krupa, Inside Chanod Gate, Chanod, Gayatri Krupa, Chanod, 396191 Vapi GJ, India

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of us arranging the return pickup then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
